Birth Doula Services - $1700 Investment

What's included?

  • Two in-home prenatal meetings

  • 24/7 phone and email support

  • A scheduled backup (for rare instances of illness or time-off)

  • Continuous labor support at your desired location (home, hospital, birth center)

  • Help in creation of birth plan and preferences

  • Discussion, explanation, and practice of comfort measures and techniques to be used during labor

  • Evidence-based informational support

  • Immediate postpartum support lasting around 1.5-2 hours after birth

  • One postpartum visit at your home 1-2 weeks after birth

Sibling Doula Services - $500/One Child Investment (prices increase $75 for each additional child)

What's included?

  • One three hour get-together with your child in your home

  • Discussion of family, new baby, changing role

  • Personalized bonding with child(ren)

  • On-call labor support for your child(ren)

  • Care for your child(ren) during your labor

  • Explanation of birth process in "child-friendly" terms

  • One postpartum visit with your child 1-2 weeks after baby's arrival

Postpartum Doula Services - $35/hr Daytime Investment, $42/hr Overnight Investment

What's included?

  • Discussion of baby basics such as diapering (cloth or disposable), clothing, bathing, cord care, circumcision care, safe sleep, baby soothing techniques, bedtime routines, and baby-wearing (using wraps, slings, carriers, etc.)

  • Assistance and support in your feeding choices

  • Light tidying and household needs

  • Care for baby/babies while you rest, relax, shower, spend time with older children, etc.

  • Referrals and recommendations to community resources

  • Coping advice when appropriate

  • Foster maximum self-determination

  • If breastfeeding, bring baby to you (or wake you) to feed

  • Overnight care

    • *Minimum of four daytime hours, minimum of eight nighttime hours

Placenta Prep- Investments starting at $50

Options:

  • $50 Placenta Print/Art 

  • $200 Raw Encapsulation

  • $235 TCM Encapsulation (Traditional Chinese Method)

  • $250 Print and Encapsulation

Lamaze Childbirth Education - Investment starting at $105 

What's included?

  • Lamaze International sources of evidence-based pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting education

  • Private classes $35/hour - 3 hour minimum

  • Group class series $195/couple*

           *Couples include birthing person & support person

Families who choose one or more of the above services in addition to birth doula services

receive $100 off their total bill.
